Container with continuous feed control
This container serves for settling of material before pelleting. After material is mixed and additionally dampened, it must be left to settle for a minimum period of 4 hours before it can be pelleted. In the container, dampness distributes properly and the material settles down. A well-settled and prepared material increases the capacity of a pellet mill, the quality of pellet binding, and also, it reduces to a significant extent the wear of the pellet mill and its components. This container ensures continuous operation of the pellet mill, prevents downtime, thus reducing the cost of operation, which has a great influence on the price of production of 1 ton of pellets.
